The Justice ClearingHouse - On Demand Education
for WIFLE Members Only
In 2022, WIFLE instituted a new partnership program giving WIFLE members and mentors full access to JUSTICE CLEARINGHOUSE (JCH) Education Seminars free of charge by virtue of a WIFLE Membership. The JCH is known throughout law enforcement as empowering justice professionals to serve their communities more effectively with multidisciplinary, thought-leading online and on-demand education. Example webinars can be viewed https:/www.justiceclearinghouse.com/.
This partnership program directly brings to WIFLE Members at their location and convenience, the most current and broadest information in law enforcement. At a time when Agencies are struggling with allocating training monies, the JCH provides an arena for WIFLE Members to join a year-round ‘virtual conference’ of training in justice and public safety. You learn from thought leaders, innovators, researchers, and streetwise, experienced professionals without the addition of cost, travel or time out of the office, courtesy of the WIFLE partnership program. Under the program, access is 24×7 to the JCH extensive library of recorded webinars, seminars and presentations. The program also offers attendance certificates of completion, which can be used to seek continuing education credits as part of professional development/career planning.
WIFLE continually strives to do right by our members. We offer opportunities for mentoring, training, networking, partnering, training events, community involvement, member advice, assistance and counseling, legal assistance, and reduced fees for such things as professional liability insurance, just to name a few. By entering this partnership program with the JCH, we offer our members unlimited opportunity for information and training at a time and place convenient to them.

WIFLE recognizes and celebrates excellence in federal law enforcement through its prestigious Awards Program honoring women in federal law enforcement, presented annually during the Leadership Training event. The program opens for nominations each February, with submissions due by May.
Each year, WIFLE formally invites federal agencies to nominate individuals who have demonstrated significant achievements to compete for these distinguished awards. WIFLE is the only nonprofit organization that honors exceptional courage, outstanding accomplishments, and meaningful contributions advancing the recruitment, retention, and promotion of women in federal law enforcement. These awards also underscore WIFLE's commitment to ensuring full equal employment opportunities in federal law enforcement across the Federal Government.
In addition, WIFLE honors a federal prosecutor for exceptional work resulting in convictions for:
In 2014, WIFLE announced the establishment of the "Elizebeth Smith Friedman Intelligence Award of Excellence" during the dedication ceremony of the ATF National Headquarters Auditorium in Washington, D.C. On December 1, 2022, WIFLE proudly announced its participation in the 30x30 Initiative, striving to achieve 30% female representation in law enforcement by 2030. WIFLE is dedicated to partnering with federal agencies to promote merit, fairness, equality, and excellence —core American values— in federal law enforcement. Together, we aim to implement effective policies and practices that ensure equitable employment, professional development, advancement, and respectful treatment for all, fostering excellence in the execution of federal law.
WIFLE ENGAGEMENT AND COMMUNITY IMPACT (WECI)
In 2023, WIFLE proudly launched an exciting new initiative: the WECI program! Thanks to the dedication of our incredible WIFLE volunteers and the support of our valued partner, WAEPA, we extended our reach into local neighborhoods, schools, and community-driven projects that make a meaningful difference. From school engagement to community drives and beyond, the WECI program is all about fostering positive change and strengthening connections where it matters most.
WIFLE’s involvement in local communities serves as a powerful bridge to federal law enforcement careers. By actively participating in schools, community events, and service initiatives, we not only give back but also create visibility and trust. When WIFLE is seen and heard in these spaces, we demystify federal law enforcement, showcase its opportunities, and inspire the next generation to consider this rewarding career path.
Our presence sparks conversations, builds relationships, and plants seeds of interest in children and adults alike. It’s not just about outreach; it’s about opening doors, breaking down barriers, and showing that federal law enforcement is accessible, inclusive, and reflective of the communities it serves. Through these efforts, WIFLE helps ensure that the future of law enforcement is diverse, equitable, and driven by passionate individuals who feel empowered to serve.
