WIFLE Membership Guidelines for Regular, Associate, Organization/Group, and Student Memberships

1. Memberships are valid for terms of 1 to 3 years, depending on the selected membership level.
2. Memberships that are not renewed by their expiration date will be granted a 30-day courtesy period to allow for renewal.
3. If a membership is renewed within this 30-day grace period, it will remain active without interruption.
4. If a membership is not renewed before the expiration date or within the 30-day courtesy period, it will be moved to inactive status, and the membership record will be archived. You will no longer be a WIFLE member.
   
5. Former members are eligible to rejoin WIFLE at any time in the future.
6. Inactive members have the right to request complete deletion of their membership record from the WIFLE database. To initiate this process, please email carolpaterick@gmail.com.
7. A member removed by the WIFLE Board is permanently ineligible for reinstatement. Such members will receive notice of the termination of their WIFLE membership.  There is no avenue of appeal for a membership terminated by the WIFLE Board.

1.  A Life membership will be archived upon the death of the member, or upon termination of the membership by the member. Notice should be provided to carolpaterick@gmail.com. 

WIFLE Mentors

1. Becoming a WIFLE Mentor does not bestow a membership.
2. WIFLE Mentors can terminate their listing at anytime. Please email carolpaterick@gmail.com to have your listing removed from the WIFLE website.
3. Mentors can also apply for membership by completing the WIFLE application at wifle.org/join. Use a different email address to create your WIFLE member record.
