As a part of our commitment to the 30x30 Initiative and in celebration of Women’s History Month, the conference is designed to inspire, empower, and celebrate sworn and professional staff of women in law enforcement.

This event takes place March 13th – 15^th and the theme is "Women Connecting with a Purpose: Learn. Grow. Thrive." This conference was designed for women in law enforcement across the DMV region. We recognize the invaluable contributions of women in law enforcement and the unique challenges we often face.
