    An article written by WIFLE Senior Advisor, Dr. Helen Yu, titled “Overcoming Tokenism and Gender Barriers: The Critical Role of Nongovernmental Organizations for Women in Federal Law Enforcement,” will be published in the upcoming January 2014 issue of IACP's The Police Chief magazine. The article will highlight the significance of nongovernmental organizations such as WIFLE, Inc. and their role with establishing peer support and informal networks for women in federal law enforcement.
